IT Support Technician at Ann Swann Personnel Services

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Desktop Support (install/reload Windows, troubleshoot, install and configure O365, AV's and Printers)
• Troubleshoot and install hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV will be advantageous.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
• Provide Remote and Onsite Support.
• Identification and resolution of hardware/software problems.
• Configuration of various hardware components.
• Proactive monitoring and quality assurance.
• Diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users.
• Office 365 implementation.
• Server installations.
• Network management.

Skills and Knowledge

The successful incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

• Computer hardware and software systems and programs
• Computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Troubleshooting.
• An efficient communicator, written and verbal.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems and make decisions.
• Work effectively in a team.

• Overtime when required.
• 2 Weekends per month on standby.
