is it you we’re looking for? 

• IT, Supply Chain, or business-related Qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in an application/software development support role
• 2+ Years in a team lead or management role within an IT support environment
• Supply Chain & Logistics knowledge is a MUST
• You’re a boffin when it comes to SQL, data processing and structures, software applications, logging and monitoring, reporting and the ability to do escalation support.
• Willingness to work flexi hours as well as overtime
• You’d be a good fit if you’re passionate about great customer service and leading a team, you’re an innovator, you can prioritise well and you want to be part of a growing retail landscape!
