Job description
You will be working for a National and International Leader in Multi-Family Living Environments, Specializing in Ski Resort Hospitality and Base Village Design, as well as Systems-Built (Modular), Multi-Family Development in and around Mountain Communities in the US.

We are looking for a Junior Architect to collaborate with the client’s Senior Project Managers/Architect from Schematic Design through Construction. You will deal with design from a solid Schematic package and liaise with the stakeholders to manage and execute the design.

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects from Schematic to Construction Administration
• Collaborate with project team based on project requirements and schedule
• Self Starter and Highly organized enabling team, principal and client to easily understand workflow, project timing and needs.
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

Requirements
Skills

• Workable Knowledge and Terms in all types of constructability
• General knowledge Revit, InDesign, Lumeon, Sketchup other design programs
• Strong Academic portfolio specifically in Multifamily concepts and documentation
• Right and Left brain thinker - equal parts creative and systematic
• Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills
• Minimum BS degree in Architecture; Masters in Architecture a plus for greater roles
