Junior Aftersales Manager at Astor Automotive Recruitment

A new and growing dealership is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to a Senior Service Advisor or Foreman who would like to take the first steps into Management.  You will be responsible for a small team in production and front-line service staff and ensuring maximum profitability with service excellence.  It is essential that you have at least 5 years of Senior Service Advisor or Foreman experience in a franchised motor dealership, you have a good business acumen, and the willingness to learn and go the extra mile.
 
Job Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of Service Advisor/Foreman experience in a franchised dealership
• Must be highly service driven.
• Good leadership skills.
• Have working knowledge on CDK or similar.
• A stable work history
• Reliable and contactable references
