Junior BI and Data Consultant at 4Sight Holdings Limited

PURPOSE

The purpose of a Junior Consultant is to ensure that a client receives appropriate Data Enablement, BI & Analytics support in a timely manner.

• Knowledge in Data Enablement, BI & Analytics and any related third party products.
• Consulting and supporting clients with intermediate issues relating to Data Enablement, BI & Analytics or third party products.
• Helping with support calls that the company receives and trying to resolve the issues as quick as possible.
• Giving feedback on all work done to the appropriate persons (Project Manager for Project related work & Support Centre for support related work) and recording work done on AccTech BPM (timesheets).

CAPABILITIES

• Ability to assist others in problem solving.
• Knowledge of AccTech products and offerings.
• Able to identify and convert up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in conjunction of the Senior Consultants.
• Provide support to other consultants in order to manage product implementations.
• Share knowledge of implementation/ support successes and proactively look to develop procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ability to identify issues and propose solutions before the client brings them to our attention.
• A hands on approach to problem solving; identifying issues and using initiative and available resources to generate recommendations.
• Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Any relevant Data Enablement, BI & Analytics, Business or IT tertiary qualification
