Job Summary

An established manufacturer of leading detergents seeks a Junior Brand Manager with a proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies within an FMCG environment.

Please note that this position is based in Nigel, Gauteng.

You will be responsible for:

• Playing an active and key role within the Marketing function of the house brand
• Assisting in creating a brand image that leaves a lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales and market share.
• Monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities (ATL & BTL) to ensure the right message is delivered for their product or service.
• Work closely with many teams, including finance, R&D, planning, production and external agencies to make sure our company brand values and image are followed.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a FMCG environment
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Excellent command of the English language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Strong initiative and ability to work well under pressure
