Alarge and well-known wholesales plastic products supplier based in Centurionare currently looking for a Junior Retail Buyer/Stock Controller to start assoon as possible.
Qualifications,Knowledge And Experience Required

• Matric
• Fullybilingual
• Diploma/Degree,preferably in procurement
• Minimum3 years’ experience in retail and industrial purchasing, stock and pricenegotiation A MUST (KEY REQUIREMENT)
• Computerliteracy in Pastel Evolution advantageous
• Highattention to detail and accuracy
• Ableto handle large volumes
• Ownreliable vehicle/transport
• Stableemployment records A MUST (no job hoppers, long term employment at previousemployers of minimum 1-year duration etc.)
• ContactableReferences

Dutiesinclude, But Are Not Limited To

• Full buyer functions of wholesales plastic products supplier
• Placing orders
• Manage stock levels
• Inventory optimisation
• Price negotiations
• Souring quality suppliers and stock
• Identifying/ sourcingof stock items
• Contact suppliers in writing or by telephone for any queries
• Follow-up with suppliers concerning deliveries/special orders
• AssistSales Department with special stock inquiries.
• Engage with suppliers/ colleagues and clients in a professional manner
• StockTaking
• Provide feedback to management
