Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, outlining achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
Compliance: Ensure the sales team adheres to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical practices in all interactions with clients.
Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts within the team promptly and professionally, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Technical Requirements :
Matric
A minimum of 3 years Management experience in a call centre environment
Proven track record (Advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have excellent communication skills and sound understanding of the International Market
