Junior Mechanical Draughtsman at Communicate Recruitment

• Trace marked-up building services drawings.
• Download files received via a link and file them onto the server.
• Set up drawing title blocks and page layouts.
• Produce drawing registers and issue slips.
• Attend internal design and concept meetings.
• Attend project meetings with engineers and clients.
• Coordinate services with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Occasionally visit the site to mark up as built/existing services.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of design engineering experience
• Must have knowledge of building and construction terminology such as IL, CL, FFL, NGL, offset, and soffit.
• Experience working on AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Revit will be advantageous.

Qualification:

Grade 12 or Draughting Certificate
