Description
Delta-v’s mission is to accelerate the growth of European and South African B2B tech companies. We build and manage sales acceleration teams from our base in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
This role is an opportunity to take responsibility for Delta-v’s customer success function, manage new customer on-boarding projects, and work with top international SaaS and FinTech companies. You’ll get to work directly with our CEO, develop a deep knowledge of how SaaS companies drive growth, and get certified on marketing & sales automation platforms. You’ll also experience a culture of continuous learning, great rewards, performance incentives - as well as Friday drinks and regular team events.
In the role you’ll be accelerating the growth of both Delta-v and our customers' businesses by driving process efficiency. This will involve owning customer onboarding projects, coordinating project teams, managing and improving operational processes, and managing sales tooling and automation. As part of your work you’ll develop deep insights into how SaaS companies are built and operated.
Requirements
To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are essential:
University Degree
Strong process orientation and organisational skills
1+ years work experience in a sales, account management or customer success role - ideally in a B2B environment
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, vlookups etc. is essential)
Demonstrated interest in the world of tech
Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
You’re currently located in Cape Town
The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:
Project management certification (e.g. Prince 2, APMG, Agile, etc)
Exposure to software like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Outreach or Salesloft
Previous experience in Fintech, Edtech, SaaS, or Marketplace startups
Experience setting up dashboards and reports
