TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Junior Salesman (Parts) within the Trade Division at Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal.

Job Summary

• This role involves supporting the sales manager with daily operations, including administration, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting with stock control.
• The Junior Salesman is also responsible for ensuring customer care and satisfaction through effective service and support.

 Responsibilities and Duties 

• Assist the manager in supervision of all the activities and services
• General administration
• Generate quotations to clients
• Generate invoices to clients
• Customer care and satisfaction
• Assist with stock taking and stock control

Qualifications and Skills 

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Valid drivers' license
• Experience in agricultural parts sales
• Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
• Sound knowledge of parts sales
• Be professional
• Be passionate about sales
• Have customer service expertise
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound product knowledge and selling skills
