Junior Verifications Process Analyst - 6 month contract at Prodigy Finance

Role Purpose

In this exciting role, you will form part of a team that will follow a design led approach to create, experiment with and test prototype solutions aimed at simplifying how verification agents work and ultimately improve the conversion of applications and ensuring that our students receive consistently high service levels. You will be required to build relationships and work with a variety of teams across the business, playing an important role in enabling students from all over the world to fulfil their dreams of studying at the world’s top universities.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and work with cross functional teams to implement them with the goal of streamlining existing service
• Consider the bigger picture is designing solutions, making considerations of scalability and consequences 
• Share feedback on processes, as well as propose improvements to optimise existing business processes

Qualifications and experience

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a verifications or underwriting role in a financial services, insurance, lending or payment environment
• A degree in finance, business administration or related degree
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through SLA and metric management
• Experience in having delivered change initiatives, preferably in a tech environment
• Experience with approaches/methodologies such as Design Sprints, Agile, Lean Six Sigma
