Key Account Manager

To actively maintain partner and client relationships and ensure that needs and challenges are resolved timeously with innovative solutions. This is done through engagement and collaboration at appropriate levels with partners and clients.

Required Knowledge and Skill

• Understanding of sales and negotiation skill
• Numeracy, especially the ability to analyse and interpret statistical data
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation skills

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in relevant or in a similar role

Education

• 3 or 4-year relevant degree or NQF 7
