Lead Engineer: Electrical at Lesedi Nuclear Services Pty Ltd

PURPOSE OF ROLE

 The Discipline Lead Engineer for Electrical Engineering will provide specialist support and expertise to the electrical engineering team throughout all project lifecycle phases (Engineering/Procurement/Construction). This role is responsible for delivering projects, ensuring compliance with applicable design codes and standards, and overseeing the electrical engineering team's work.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Functional oversight of electrical engineering team
• Planning and scoping of design components
• Technical input for project planning and cost estimation
• Ensuring design integrity and compliance with standards
• Participation in tenders and proposals
• Contract negotiations
• Design generation and review
• Engineering change management
• Participation in testing and commissioning activities
• Facilitation of plant performance and acceptance tests
• Involvement in HAZOP studies

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• B.Sc or B.Eng in Electric Engineering / Electronic Engineering
• ECSA registration non-negotiable

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
• Minimum of 5 years in the EPC industry.
