IPS: Health and Wellness is looking for a well-spoken and enthusiastic lead generator. The successful candidate will join the Lead Generation department and will qualify leads for the sales department. IPS: Health and Wellness is a young, vibrant company that is passionate about providing South Africa with great health supplements and vitamins. Phoning current clients to give them an oppurtunity to spoil their family and friends with a health voucher. Conduct health assessmnets over the phone with potential clients. Following up with clients to find out if they have received their referral packs before the lead is sent on to other departments. Qualify leads for the sales team. Must have a three year degree! Must be bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Must have excellent communication skills. Be able to work in a team and alone. Be target driven. Be versatile, allowing them to accomplish new tasks if required. Be enthusiastic. Successful candidates will be required to work a three month probation period after which (if successful) they will be entitled to the following benefits: Profit share Pension fund Disability fund Paid maternity leave Salary structure is commission based. The successful candidate may expect to earn a salary between R16 000 and R20 000. Must have a three year degree! Must be bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Must have excellent communication skills.
