Lead Generator at IPS: Health and Wellness

About the job

• IPS: Health and Wellness is looking for a well-spoken and enthusiastic lead generator. The successful candidate will join the Lead Generation department and will qualify leads for the sales department. IPS: Health and Wellness is a young, vibrant company that is passionate about providing South Africa with great health supplements and vitamins.

• Phoning current clients to give them an opportunity to spoil their family and friends with a health voucher.
• Conduct health assessments over the phone with potential clients.
• Following up with clients to find out if they have received their referral packs before the lead is sent on to other departments.
• Qualify leads for the sales team.

Successful candidates will be required to work a three month probation period after which (if successful) they will be entitled to the following benefits: Profit share Pension fund Disability fund Paid maternity leave Salary structure is commission based. The successful candidate may expect to earn a salary between R16 000 and R20 000.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Must have a three year degree
• Must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Must have excellent communication skills
