Responsible for designing a reward programme that will deliver an exciting value proposition, and enhanced customer experience.
Leading the business to create a programme which embodies;

• high perception of value for clients.
•  meeting cost and return targets as outlined in the bank strategy.
•  accurate forecasting and pricing to eliminate unnecessary pricing risks.
•  enhancement of the Absa brand.
•  driving optimal client behaviours.

Job Description

• Outline clear and compelling vision in terms of rewards, translating the vision into a set of clear and actionable initiatives.
• Set and communicate a long term strategy that clearly articulates strategic targets and metrics to align the delivery of agreed strategy against the RBB business strategic objectives and targets and shareholder expectations
• Significantly improve customer and market perception of Absa Rewards
• Grow the Absa Rewards base (increasing sales and reducing attrition) in line with RBB vision
• Enhance customer engagement and experience through innovative new engagement experience
