Job Description
Leadership & Management: Design and implement change, providing support and momentum for others, and addresses conflicts effectively and, deliver difficult messages and decisions | Leadership and Management: Continuously mentor the team and drives proactive people management techniques. | Commercial: Drive achievement of business strategy and, understands future client needs and develops proposals to meet them | Commercial: Establish and build relationships with external Legal Counsel and make recommendations on which external firm/s to use for which legal component. | Risk and Control: Foster an atmosphere of compliance and an ability to challenge and escalate issues | Risk and Control: Drive understanding in team of the risk and control framework, and own the Legal Principal Risk Framework and ensure it is properly embedded and accurately interpreted | Team work: Develop strong partnerships between team and business, and make use of appropriate communication channels to ensure that there is a broad understanding within the business unit for the services provided | Technical: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and participate in any applicable sub-committees and, drives excellent performance in team
