Job Details

• Assist with ad hoc tasks and directives as directed by the PMO Manager and Project Planner
• Set up and creation of new projects
• Monthly updating and maintenance of planning, schedules, costs and forecast for assigned projects
• General Project Support
• Assist with PMO operational issues ensuring appropriate project interface with project leaders, teams and tools.
• Development and management of the unit budget as directed.
• Monitoring of project profit and project costs.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Project Management or Finance or Business Administration or Business Management may be considered

Knowledge

• MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, SAP would be advantageous
