Must have Matric/Grade 12.
Completed Math and Science subjects in Matric.

Must be a South African Citizen.
Must reside within 50km radius from the Newcastle Plant.
Must be between the ages of 22 to 30 years.
Must be unemployed and have never participated in any learnership program.
