Learning & Leadership Specialist at Absa

Job Description

• Senior Learning Specialist to support development and implementation of Absa’s Learning frameworks, strategies, policies and standards. They will  drive embedding of Absa’s target learning experience across the Corporate and Investment Bank providing Subject Matter Expertise to business and HR stakeholders.  Will be accountable for the group learning curriculum, capability building and stakeholder relationships. At least 3 years recent experience as a Senior Specialist in a Learning Function in a large complex organization or working as a Learning Senior Specialist in a top consultancy . A successful track record of supporting development of successful management, technical and cultural learning solutions using a variety of learning solutions including formal learning programmes, on-the-job learning experiences and exposure

Education

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Education, Training and Development (Required)
