With a diverse portfolio under management, our client is looking for a deal hunter to source new tenants for commercial, industrial, and (mostly) retail spaces. They even have a small residential portfolio where you will act as a leasing manager to the external agents responsible. A highly organized and well-connected individual is sought, who has exceptionally strong administration skills. You will be responsible for all your own admin other than loading the leases onto the system once the deals are concluded.
