Job Summary

A client develops, owns, and manages properties all over the African continent. Whilst they have an office in Johannesburg for you to work from, they need someone who will be on the ground in various SADC countries more often than not, finding local tenants for smaller boxes. You will not be involved with any renewals and will enjoy the support of a leasing administrator from the head office. Evaluating potential new tenants, getting involved in assisting less sophisticated tenants to streamline their business plans, and guiding them through new store openings will all fall to you. So it is essential that you are not only familiar with leasing, but also happy to go looking for deals and to travel extensively.
