Job summary: 

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The Legal Intern will assist the Head of Legal in various legal matters, including research, drafting documents, and supporting ongoing projects. This position is ideal for a law student or recent graduate looking to develop practical skills and gain insights into corporate legal operations. This role will be fully remote and part-time.

Key responsibilities:

•  Conduct legal research on various topics and provide summaries and analyses. 
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Support the preparation of legal reports and projects. 
• Help in managing and organising legal files and documentation. 
• Assist in the preparation of compliance and regulatory filings. 
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team. 

Requirements: 

• Currently enrolled in a law degree program or recent graduate. 
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 

Preferred qualifications: 

• Strong academic record. 
• Previous internship or work experience in a legal setting. 
• Familiarity with corporate and commercial law.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in corporate law. 
• Experience with Legal web softwares.
