Relevant Honours degree in Law or four years’ professional qualification in Law (LLB degree, BJuris/BPrcc or equivalent qualification) plus five (5) years legal experience in a legal practice. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Higher Education sector will be an added advantage.
DUTIES
To provide a comprehensive legal consultation and advice service on all legal aspects affecting the University of Venda.
Minimise all aspects of risk emanating from legal processes including ligation for or against the University.
