JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage and provide specialist legal and commercial expertise, in support of the Head, Structuring, during the life cycle of all agreements, taking an invested interest in the commercial and legal implications and risks in the structuring and formulations of deals and agreements, to safeguard and protect the interest of the business at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: First Degree
• Field of Study: Legal

Experience Required
Derivatives experience preferred

• Macro Generic
• Global Markets Structured Trading
• 5-7 years
• Experience and expertise in providing legal perspectives to documents and agreements, identifying security and financial risks, and provide insights to mitigate contractual risks for the business and client.
• 5-7 years
• In-house legal financial services within global markets, with insights into insurance, loan types and note issuances.
