Maintenance Electrician at Essential Health Pharmacy Group

An exciting vacancy for an adult energetic qualified and presentable electrician with an unendorsed Code B/EB License.

• must have sound knowledge of tools and materials used in assigned area of responsibility
• experienced in routine and planned preventative as well as re-active maintenance tasks/repairs
• must be able to attend to shop floor breakdowns, fault finding/route cause and repair
• Ability to source material/components, at best prices, to complete work
• be able to plan, organize and control own work outputs
• maintain all areas in clean, neat and presentable manner
• ensure application of best operating practices when undertaking maintenance tasks/repairs
• repair and replace appliances, equipment and or electrical fixtures

Requirements

• qualified as an electrician
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• be physically able
• must be reliable, responsible, trustworthy and of sober habits
• must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• must be able to work flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays
• be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
• possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• be able to maintain accurate product and delivery records
• punctuality regarding work attendance is a critical requirement
