Maintenance Shift Technician at Tetra Pak

Job Summary

• Works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM logsEnsure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown.Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipent according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer.

What you will do

• Follow production safety rules. Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards2. Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards3. Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance4. Maintain MDM request. Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP5. Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:6. Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring  a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimised7. Participate as a member in Maintenance Impr teams

We believe you have

• Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance or 2-3 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts. SAP basic knowledge WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis  Expereince and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address Machine technical knowledge Production processe knowledge is preferred

Minimum Education

• High School Technical formation/Diploma or equivalentRequires knowledge specific knowledge/ or on the job training or broader knowledge of theory on maintenance

Key Outputs and Measurements

• Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance
• Minimised losses (short stops/ breakdowns) on machine/ equipment, keep Mean Down Time Targets
• Guide colleagues with AM/ PM and removing red tags
• Reports all activities in SAP, Plant Maintenance Module and sloves all reported problem as per plan
• Maintains the Maintenance Spare parts store - Achieve Preventive activities TBM (Time Based Maintenance) compliance ratio and targets
• 5S according to standard in all maintenance areas
