Maintenance Technician-1 at CHEP

Responsibilities

• Supervising and motivating of subordinates
• Ensuring the plant is fully maintained to minimise plant downtime.
• Planning and executing preventative maintenance programs in respect of plant and property.
• Ensuring the OHS Act and Safety procedure are adequately maintained according to Company standards.
• Ensures that the general maintenance and repairs are completed timeously and in accordance to set procedures.
• Sourcing and requesting maintenance spares required for the workshop.
• Maintaining accurate reporting of production and stock, participating in regular audits
• Maintaining of high-quality standards and procedures to meet customer satisfaction.
• Carries out all tasks as designated by his immediate line manager.

Qualifications

• Essential: Millwright
• Recommended: Electrical with Mechanical and Robotics Experience

Experience

• 5 years’ technical experience
