Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
3. 5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing
4. Minimum 3 years in a management role
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adword Campaigns
6. Google Analytics Certification (advantageous).
7. Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent).
8. Experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
9. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
10. Experience working with customer segmentation, customer analytics and database marketing
11. Experience participating in large-scale strategic business projects
12. Retail, FMCG, building materials or multi-brand environment experience advantageous
13. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript Developments and constraints
