Manager: Financial Products at Rain South Africa

Job Purpose:

As the Manager of Financial Products within rain Financial Services department, your primary responsibility will be to leverage analytical insights to develop innovative financial products to achieve the team’s strategic goals. These products should enhance the customer experience by providing convenient and accessible payment solutions while also catering to customers facing affordability issues. You will be responsible for creating and validating a strategic roadmap for these financial products and leading their successful implementation. Additionally, you will own and manage these products throughout their lifecycle, continuously optimizing and iterating to meet strategic objectives and customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of working experience.
• Product Management: Proven track record in product management, including product development, ownership, and successful product launches.
