About the Role

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and driving high-level business strategies to meet the company's goals
• Ensuring accountability and execution of strategic objectives through clear communication, monitoring of key metrics, and translating goals into actionable plans
• Leading critical decision-making and problem-solving to navigate the broader market and economic landscape
• Managing financial health, technology, and client relationships for the entire organization
• Providing hands-on leadership, mentoring the executive team, and fostering a positive, people-first culture

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader who has thrived in a smaller business environment of 60 people or less. We're seeking a candidate with:

• Senior leadership experience overseeing multiple business functions or departments, ideally in a tech hardware or media production company
• Ability to interpret financial statements and drive profitability
• Strong background in technology, and/or media/content creation industries
• Proven experience in setting and executing strategic direction for a company
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, "do more with less" environment
• A people-first leadership approach that aligns with our culture
• Background and skills in sales would be a huge plus
