Are you someone who can:

• Develop and ensure effective management and implementation of practices and client service delivery and efficiency models
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
• Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
• Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization

You will be an ideal candidate if you can:

• Manage team performance in achievement of business objectives
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in area of expertise
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility
• Draft supplier contracts and ensure SLAs and NDAs are managed in line with industry best practice

• An Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF level 8)
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Strategy or Research role
