About the Role

As a Data Analyst III, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights. Your role involves developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and enhance decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Creating and presenting reports and visualizations to communicate findings and drive data-driven strategies.
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns for business insights and decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Writing current awareness pieces, summaries of legal market news and mini trend reports in response to market developments
• Highlighting interesting clauses and information to our team of in-house corporate lawyers and working with them to create model precedents, in-depth analysis and comment.
• Responsible for the creation of a daily alert and a weekly newsletter focused on transactional developments, news and trends.

Requirements

• Be proficient in using advanced Excel functions and manipulating large datasets for insights.
• Be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have a solid understanding of data quality, validation, and cleansing processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Be able to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Have legal background.
