    Marketing and Customer Insights Specialist

    Marketing and Customer Insights Specialist 

    Nedbank Private Wealth seeks to Appoint a Marketing and Insights Specialist, to provide data; information and insight to enable better decision making by Nedbank stakeholders.(Wealth management ).

    Job Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by proviing expert knowledge and support on all advice related products whilst engaging with stakeholders.
    • Maintain constructive stakeholder relationships by effectively providing progress feedback on advisory projects and recommending appropriate resolutions where required and specific to the 6 step advice process
    • Respond effectively to the business by providing strategic consulting and advisory services for research and insights-based projects to ensure good outcomes for clients.
    • Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc).
    • Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy and drive collaboration across Nedbank group
    • As an advisory specialist, you would need to seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and upsell and cross sell into Nedbank group.
    • As an advisory specialist, you would need to develop, drive and deliver value adding recommendations / insights within turnaround times by effective collaboration with stakeholders; applying best practice market research and intelligence techniques.
    • Develop; manage and deliver internal and external focussed projects by applying overall research and project management principles and leveraging vendor relationships.
    • Monitor market activity by researching and reviewing internal and external research sources.
    • Make informed recommendations by analyzing; interpreting and synthesizing results of internal & external research.
    • Adhere policies and procedures by operating within the specified parameters.
    • Monitor competitor activity in the advisory space by gathering and analyzing competitor data
    • Map the end to end client journey from awareness to exit for a client seeking advice on FAIS related products
    • Identify each client segments to which each FAIS related products will be sold too supported by which service model
    •  Act as a product specialist support the WM’s and Financial planners
    • Monitor competitor activity by gathering and analyzing competitor data

    Essential Qualification

    •  RE 1 and/or RE 5
    • CFP or BCom/BCom Financial Planning
    • Matric

    Minimum 5 years in financial services advisory environment.
