•    be a natural organiser,
•    have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
•    have experience in managing Adwords, SEO and Social Media profiles, postings and creating and posting campaigns,
•    coordinating with suppliers in the brief and delivery of marketing material,
•    Identifying panel and tenders which the firm may want to apply for and assisting in the preparation thereof,
•    Updating and ensuring compliance with the firm’s brand guideline,
•    have experience creating and maintaining Online Profiles,
•    be comfortable contacting and speaking to Clients,
•    have attention for detail,
•    be focused, precise and efficient,
•    be factual, logic-based and rational,
•    be driven to transform chaos into order,
•    be a fast learner and self -starter,
•    have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
