MILADYS is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team to provide support in the execution of the MILADYS Marketing strategy. The ideal person would co-ordinate the production and distribution of all marketing and brand communication requirements, in order to exceed our customers’ expectations and experience

Responsibilities

• Execute retail merchandising & promotional plans and operational functions to company standards
• Compile briefs and work closely with ecommerce, creative and brand teams to ensure execution of relevant projects
• Brief designers and copywriters on all marketing collateral
• Compile campaign data and reports in collaboration with our Marketing Media & Insights Manager
• Assist with competitor analysis, trend research and presentations.
• Support Visual Brand Managers and Brand Heads with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating omni-channel campaigns.
• General assisting, support and daily administrative tasks within the marketing team across various projects
• Update calendars, spreadsheets, databases and various marketing documents
• Liaising with merchant teams on product related to marketing content

Qualifications

• Relevant marketing qualification
•  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role for a retailer
• Event co-ordination experience would be beneficial
• Visual merchandise experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly pressured environment
• High energy level and must have a passion for fashion
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Must be a team player
• Strong organizational skills, in fact an administrative genius who loves process AND the brand is what we are looking for
