Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute Comprehensive QA Testing: Run rigorous, end-to-end quality assurance testing on registration platforms across multiple concurrent events, systematically checking functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Verify Custom Audience Journeys: Test distinct registration flows for visitors, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, and VIPs, ensuring that data fields, form logic, pricing tiers, and discount codes match event specifications perfectly.
• Manage Bug Tracking & Resolutions: Identify, clearly document, and escalate system errors or content discrepancies, managing the feedback loop with technical partners to ensure full resolution before final platform sign-off.
• Ensure Content & Data Integrity: Conduct thorough copy and structural reviews against original event briefs to guarantee perfect grammar, accurate spelling, correct branding, and proper alignment of confirmation communications.
• Manage Workflow Timelines: Take ownership of your testing pipeline across a busy event calendar, proactively prioritizing tasks and flagging delivery risks early to ensure all platforms launch on schedule.
• Contribute to Optimization Playbooks: Actively help improve existing QA frameworks, test scripts, and post-event documentation to optimize future platform builds and internal team efficiency.
