Marketing & Leasing Manager at Macdonald & Company

Our client has a large portfolio of assets, with a strong focus on Residential stock. By keeping the leasing function in-house, they ensure that their tenants are well vetted, suited to their properties and that their income is optimised. To run a team of up to 25 internal agents, they are looking for a highly experienced Leasing & Sales individual to run this formidable team.

A person with a minimum of 3 years management experience would be needed set and monitor KPI’s, to hire and manage staff and to set and deliver on budgets. Operationally you would also be required to report on portfolio performance and to manage the conceptualising and relationships with external marketing consultants. It would suit someone with an eye for detail who can manage risk & compliance, policies and procedures as well as any other legal commitments which you will enter into on behalf of the company.

Please apply if you have a minimum of a NQF Level 7 in either Property or Marketing, and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in residential leasing and sales. This should be coupled with a passion for excellence and a consistent track record.
