Marketing Manager - Western Cape at Vital Health Foods

Responsibilities:

• Develop an overall master brand strategy for all Vital to manage the complete product portfolio in every segment (existing and future).
• Develop and implement the future strategic direction for all brands
• Ensure execution of agreed brand, communication and promotion plans with regular review and analysis
• Manage the innovation process from idea generation to product on shelf 
• Manage allocated budget effectively 
• Manage value and profitability across all product lines 
• Ensure that staff are trained, equipped and motivated through effective staff management processes

Requirements:

• Degree (preferably Postgraduate) in Commerce or Marketing 
• A minimum of 8 years of FMCG Marketing Management experience with a proven track record of developing and executing
• successful marketing campaigns 
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and leading practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action at all levels 
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines and under pressure to accomplish business objectives.
