• Clicks is on the hunt for an individual that is able to ensure accurate capturing of master data into the merchandise systems.

Job description

Job Objectives:

• Conduct and capture any maintenance to master data in the merchandise systems and resolve any problems
• Report any master data problems to the Data and Master Data Supervisor
• Up skill new users and provide user support on capturing of master data in the merchandise systems
• Complete any ad hoc master data requests or processes on the merchandise system
• Validate that master data is received accuratley and in an correct format
• Meet required deadlines for brand launches

Minimum requirements

Education:

• Matric

Experience:

• Administrative clerk, 1 to 3 years
• Experience in data integrity and capturing
• Data Capturing
• 1-3 years office admin management of technical or business data systems 

Knowledge:

• Knowledge and understanding of merchandise systems
• Flexible and methodical approach
• Accurate database management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Written and verbal communication skills
