    Materials Planner- - Industrial & Energy Technology

    As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for:

    • Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
    • Working with the Product Line, Sales, Service Delivery and AMO to prioritize delivery dates as needed.
    • Interface with sales, customer care, suppliers and logistics teams in order to orchestrate the material flow to meet customer demand.
    • Engage teams to assure that the problems are solved in timely manner and with no impact to customer and OTD.
    • PO creation and intercompany vendor management
    • Strong negotiating skills and experience contacting suppliers / vendors regarding fulfillment and manufacturing issues.
    • Establish plant production schedules and keep it updated, WIP job management and consistent inventory database / cost structure etc.
    • Working on SMI prevention and reduction, regular review and take following actions to improve inventory turn.
    • Continuous improvement acumen.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or any related field.
    • Have at least 4 years' experience Supply Chain or equivalent knowledge and experience.
    • Have experience working within an electronic manufacturing industry (preferably).
    • Experience with SAP, excel and any other related software is a plus.
    • Able to communicate in English.
    • Have the ability to work independently and possess strong time management skills.
    • Have great problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to lead / coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and be able to influence across different teams.
    • Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.
