    Mechanical Foreman

    Job Description
    There is an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Foreman at a Mine in North West. The appointed person will be responsible for maintaining all plant equipment, planning and scheduling preventative and planned maintenance, improve plant availability and running times, and controlling maintenance costs. They must ensure that all regulations of the Mine Health and Safety Act are adhered to.

    Requirements

    • Fitter Trade Test Certificate
    • Advantage: Foreman Certificate
    • 10 years’ experience post Trade test as a fitter
    • 5 years Foreman experience managing Artisan teams (Fitters & Boilermakers)
    • 3 years’ experience on Jaw Crushers, cone crushers, mills, pumps maintenance and conveyor belts.
