Medical Specialist: General Surgery at Gauteng Department of Health

NOTES:

• Prospective applications must please use the new Z83 which is effective from 1st of January 2021 form and it must be fully completed. 
• Curriculum Vitae with a detailed description of duties and names of two referees who are current/ Previous supervisors. 
• The communication from the HR department of the institution regarding the requirements for certified documents will be limited to shortlisted candidates. 
• Therefore, only shortlisted candidates for a post will be required to submit certified documents on or before the day of the interview following communication from HR. 
• You have to be contacted within Three (3) months after the closing date if your application is suitable. 
• It is the applicant`s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by SAQA.

• Suitable candidates will be subjected to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Medical Surveillance as required in the Hazardous Biological Agents (HBA) and Hazardous Chemical Substance (HCS) Regulations within the OHS Act 85 of 1993.
