In this role, you will form part of the Mass Foundation Cluster which is one of the largest customer-facing business segments in Old Mutual. The Senior Learning Facilitator is individually accountable for the successful delivery of learning against agreed outcomes. The incumbent has the ability to perform all aspects of the learning cycle (needs analysis, research, design, implementation and evaluation) equipping delegates with the skills and knowledge to ultimately improve performance aligned to business objectives.

The essential skills required for the role is communication (written and verbal), research, collaboration, learning design, interpersonal, multimedia design, creativity, project management, and collaboration.
