Microsoft 365 Specialist Consultant (Short-term Contract) at Trialogue

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate updated company-branded document templates into Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as standard templates.
• Ensure correct formatting and consistency across all templates.
• Implement updates across the organisation, ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand branding requirements and ensure alignment.
• Provide training and support to staff on using the new templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to template integration.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and/or relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and SharePoint sites, including experience in managing and configuring SharePoint environments.
• Experience in creating and managing document templates within Microsoft 365 applications.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy in templates.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience providing training and support to end-users.
• The individual or agency can be based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town
