Job Description

• A Mining house based in the North West region is looking for an Occupational Hygiene Manager 12.1 appointee

Duties:

• Develop and implement occupational hygiene programs, policies, and procedures to control exposure to harmful substances and prevent occupational illnesses

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Hygiene or related science at NQF Level 7
• COM Advanced Certificate in Mine Environmental Control
• Member Mine Ventilation Society of South Africa and/or registration as an Occupational Hygienist with the South African Institute of Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH)
• Minimum of 7 years practical experience in the Ventilation and Occupational Hygiene field of which at least 5 years should be in the Mining Environment.
