Job Description
- A Mining house based in the Gauteng region is looking for an experienced Section Surveyor
Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring precision and compliance in all surveying activities across the operation.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- National Diploma or Degree in Mining Survey or Mineral Resource Management or related discipline
- Mine Surveyor's Certificate of Competency (South Africa)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Mine surveying with at least 3 years in a Senior Surveying position
- Proficiency in CAD Software (i.e. Mine Cad, MineRP CAD, Autodesk, Microstation)
- Experience in Point Cloud processing Software (i.e., Cyclone 3DR, Infinity, Trimble Realworks, Leica Infinity etc)
- Professional membership with SAGC and/or IMSSA
