Motor Dealership Parts Sales Executive at Astor Automotive Recruitment

You will be responsible for:

• Selling parts to counter customers, workshop, and panel shop
• Handling high volume telesales enquiries and quotations
• Identifying correct parts and ensuring excellent customer service
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with technicians, service advisors and customers
• Ensuring accurate invoicing, picking slips and stock queries
• Working on dealer systems and maintaining clean administration

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• At least 3 years Parts Sales experience in a franchised motor dealership

Solid exposure to:

• Counter Sales, Workshop Sales and Panel Shop Tele Sales
• Matric Certificate
• Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans & English)
• A stable work history
• Reliable and contactable references
• A strong track record of being target-driven and performance focused
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a professional customer-focused attitude
