Minimum requirements

Education

• HPCSA Registered Medical Technologist in Blood Transfusion

Experience and knowledge requirements

• 2 years Blood transfusion experience.
• Computer Literacy in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• 2 years NAT experience.

Other (knowledge and skills), e.g. understanding of relevant legislation; knowledge of relevant company procedures

• Standards of Practice for Blood Transfusion in SA.
• Relevant SANBS policies and procedures.
